Are your planner inserts physical or digital products?

All products sold via our shop are digital or can be printed for you. When you purchase a digital download, Shortly after you have paid for your item. An email will be sent with a link to download your purchase instantly. ( Check your spam folder if you haven’t received your download link and they your email address is correct ) Printed products are ready for dispatch 2-3 days after you have paid for your order.

What type of paper do you use?

All our activity pages and planner inserts are printed on smooth bright white 100 gsm paper.

What size planners do your inserts and pages fit.

Our planner inserts and pages fit A4, US Letter, A5, personal, Happy planner classic and Happy planner mini. Where possible we try to create every insert in our store in the 6 popular sizes so you can find the inserts you're looking for. The type of planner that these pages fit into are most 6 ring planners such as filofax and Kikki K and Louis Vuitton. We also punch for discbound planners such as Atom notebooks, arc notebooks and the happy planner to name a few.

What file format are your printable inserts?

All printables that are sold through our online shop are in PDF format.

What software do you recommend to print your printables?

We recommend using the latest version of Acrobat Reader. Download a free copy here from the Adobe website.

How easy is it to print your planner inserts?

Printing our planner inserts are really easy. It’s simply a matter of loading the correct paper size in your printer. Opening the PDF file and printing off the number of copies you are after. Setting up the printer: Load the correct paper size in your printer If you purchased an A5 template. I highly recommend you cut the paper before printing. Also if you are printing double sided. I suggest that you print your odd pages first, then turn over and put back into the printer and print the even pages. Printing: Open your PDF file within Adobe Acrobat Reader Go to File | Print Make sure you have the correct paper size selected Select colour or black & white Click Print Note: Happy planner and personal size inserts will have crop marks and are intended to be printed on a full sheet of paper and then cut after.

Are your planner inserts editable?

No, The printable inserts are not editable. They have been designed to be printed, and filled out by hand.

Are you able to custom or personally design a printable for me?

Absolutely! We are happy to customize any page or insert in our store. Also If you have an idea for an insert we are happy to design it for you. Please contact us first to discuss.

Are your prices in USD or AUD?

All prices are in Australian dollars ( AUD ). We do take international orders so take advantage of the low Australian dollar and grab yourself a bargain.

Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer refunds. All planner inserts are printed within 24hrs after payment has gone through. But, If you do have an issue with an order or product please contact us so it can be resolved.
